About the company
A small crew that shows up when it says it will
We run one job at a time per crew, so the people who start your project are the people who finish it. You get a schedule before work begins, a text when the crew is on the way, and a walkthrough at the end where nothing is signed off until you are satisfied.
We pull the permits, schedule the inspections and keep the site clean at the end of every day. Subcontractors we bring in are the same electricians and plumbers we have worked with for years, and they are covered under our insurance while they are on your property.
Before you call
Questions homeowners ask
How do estimates work, and are they free?
Yes. We visit the site, measure, and talk through what you want. Within a few days you get a written scope with a fixed price for the work described, line by line. If the scope changes during the job, you get a written change order to approve before any extra work starts.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We do. Any work that needs a permit gets one, in our name, and we schedule and meet the inspector. Permit fees are listed as their own line on the estimate so you can see exactly what the city charges.
How long will my project take?
Your estimate includes a start window and a working schedule. A bathroom typically runs two to three weeks, a kitchen four to eight, and an addition several months depending on permits and weather. We tell you before the job when material lead times could move a date.
What is the payment schedule?
A deposit to reserve your start date and order materials, progress payments tied to completed milestones spelled out in the contract, and a final payment after the walkthrough when every item on the punch list is done. We never ask for the full amount up front.
Is the work under warranty?
Our workmanship is covered for a stated period after completion, in writing, and manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures pass to you. If something we built is not right, call and we come back and fix it.
Tell us about the project
Send a few photos and a rough idea of what you want done. We will call to set up a site visit.
